The State Property Development Company Ltd (SPDC), Mauritius proposes to implement a mixed use development along the waterfront at Mahebourg. It will consist  of  a hotel, shopping areas, restaurants, a Cinema a Spa. The areas marked in yellow are the pedestrian zones.
