Landscape design

The ‘Coconut grove’ was to be designed to make it an outdoor party space. It meant landscaping it in an interesting way but within a small budget The conceptn for the landscape design came from nature itself, from the palms, the breeze and from the sea beyond. The site abutted the beach and it was required that the existing wall between the beach and the resort be retained. But, this wall was blocking the view of the beautiful waters of the bay of bengal and the experience of the coconut grove was never going to be as great.

So, the first task was to create windows in this wall of the seafront.ow. Now, one could not only continue to see the sea, but the sea looked more beautiful from this side of the colourful picket fence than it did if one stood on the beach.

It was meant to be the road back to nature.
